SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS
Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges are only offered for products that are defected or have been damaged from their original state. Lauren’s Lash Trap is not responsible for items that may have been damaged during third-party shipping processes.
What is your refund policy?
Lauren’s Lash Trap holds a no refund policy as each order is customized. All orders are final sale. Products are non refundable. Feel free to email info@laurenslashtrap.com with any issues upon ordering and a member from our customer support team will get back to you within 48 hours.
What is your shipping process?
All orders will be shipped within 1-2 days. Please allow 48 hours for orders to be processed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. All orders will be shipped using Canada Post, FedEx or UPS and can be tracked directly using the tracking number attached in the email.
Processing & shipping times are two different time frames.
During busy seasons & holidays, please allow additional time for orders to be fulfilled. Refunds will not be granted due to delayed processing or shipping times.
Once packages are handed off to a third party shipping carrier, Lauren’s Lash Trap is no longer responsible for the package if it happens to become lost or stolen. In this instance, please contact the shipping carrier with any questions regarding your package.
Where do you ship?
We ship internationally to valid billing addresses. Please ensure that when placing your order, your shipping & billing address match. Please ensure that you input the correct addresses.
How can I pick up my order?
At checkout, select local pick up instead of delivery. Please allow 24-48hours processing time for all pick up orders to be ready. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready for pick up. Once you are here, text the number provided in the email and I will meet you with your order.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept payment through card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, & Klarna through Square for Buy Now, Pay Later instalments. All applicable taxes will be added at checkout.
